What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following 2 main payment methods:

• PayPal: lonbor.vip Primarily uses PayPal to process secure payments. Through PayPal, we accept MasterCard, VISA, American Express, Discover.

• Secure credit card payment: We can also accept credit card payment with Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.

In what currency is I charged the money?

All our transactions are made in EUR Settled. If your credit or debit card uses a different currency, your bank will apply the appropriate conversion rate of the currency you choose, depending on which website you are on.

Do you offer a 3 or 4 time payment option?

We accept 3 times payment.

How can I change/modify my order?

If you still have any questions or concerns, please contact us in our Support Center.

Please note that we can help you change your order before shipping.

Once your package has been shipped, we can't change anything.

What should I do if I have not received a confirmation email?

If you did not receive a confirmation email about your order, you may have entered your email address incorrectly when you placed the order, or the email may be in your spam folder. You can log in to your account to view your orders. You can also contact us to get more information about your order.
